CEMPAKA is a warehouse and proxy service located in Indonesia. We host Group Order for anime & kpop fanmerch from local seller. Handled by 3 friends 👻 Marr (admin & warehouse), 🐰 Yaya (warehouse), & 🎀 Kaa (warehouse).

FREE checkout and transfer for cempaka warehouse renters
Checkout to all INA webs (shopee, sociolla, lazada, tiktok, tokopedia, etc)
Can help to purchase or fill out a form order from INA sellers (google form, jotform, etc)
Checkout ina web fee: IDR5.000 / $0.3 for each sellers
Transfer to INA bank / QRIS: IDR7.000 / $0.5
Fansign proxy: 30.000 / $2
Offline proxy: 10.000/ items

- For reserved pick up items only, onsite purchases please ask first
- Fee: $1 for each artist or booth with maximum items purchased are 5, more than that will be charged $0.1 for each additional items (ex: you order 7 items in artist A so the proxy fee will be $1.2)
- Special for mail order, fee will be based on warehouse fee

Please be patient! Production time of each sellers are vary for kpop merch it used to take 2-4 weeks and for anime merch and art market pre order used to take months. SO NO RUSHING

If you join multiple orders, it can be combined and will be shipped together
There are 2 payments. First payment is initial its the item price and should be paid within the deadline and second payment is ISF/EMS its the shipping fee to your address
Be 1000% sure your money is ready to pay before the deadline
Payment deadline is max 24 hours after the last day of pre order period or after i send you invoice
Any payment charge such as paypal fee or wise fee will be borne to you as buyer / joiner
I pack your items safely with bubble mailer or box depends on the items
Keep in minds that there’s a possibility of minor defects due to production error or shipment. SO WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OF IT
